Early bird rates available for World Confectionery Conference 2025

Early bird rates for our 2025 edition of the World Confectionery Conference are now available to both readers and potential exhibitors at our key annual event that will place a major spotlight on issues and opportunities across the sector.

This year’s event on 11 September will showcase latest sustainability, innovation, new products and technology gracing our combined industries, as our showcase marks its fifth edition. As previously reported, our show continues to be backed by Caobisco European confectionery trade body, which will be on hand to speak, alongside a further returning keynote role for Ferrero.

We will be providing regular updates about our must-attend event taking place this autumn, which will also offer significant insights into trends emerging and evolving through our combined industries. The show will once again see a welcome return for our World Confectionery Awards, celebrating the achievements of equipment, ingredients and finished product businesses from around the globe, as well as fast-rising companies.

Honours will be presented in the afternoon of the conference at the Marriott Grand Place hotel, and as with previous years, we will be championing sustainability, innovation and technical excellence across the sector, with our accolades being closely judged by our highly experienced editorial board, and ourselves. After its successful introduction in 2024, we will be reviving the Emerging Enterprise of the year honours (for companies no more than 3-5 years in age from right across our sector).

The category will be alongside awards specifically for supplier innovations across equipment, ingredients and finished product market segments, plus a special winners trophy for the sustainability initiative of the year, as well as a team of the year award.

Entering these accolades will, as previously, be free to do, with previous winners having been from right across the full spectrum of the industry, from small independents, to major corporations within our combined industries.

Each business will be allowed to nominate a maximum of one company innovation into each of these categories, and we welcome entries from around the world. It’s your chance to see your business recognised by the industry, and this has become a popular and engaging part of our conference, so don’t miss the chance to participate.
