Euromonitor’s Karine Dussimon joins WCC as an event keynote
Plans for our World Confectionery Conference 2026 are continuing apace, as Euromonitor International confirms Karine Dussimon, as a keynote speaker on sector trends, reports Neill Barston.
As in previous editions, delivering high quality insights lies at the heart of our event, which is set to move to London on 10 September this year, hosted at the America Square Conference Centre. You can register for the event via the following direct link to our website.
Euromonitor will be joining a distinguished array of keynotes representing companies and organisations including Cargill, Ferrero, Caobisco European trade association, and a full additional range of speakers reflecting the full value chain of the sector.
To date, we have confirmed Tobias Bachmuller, of Katjes and president of Caobisco, Renee Boerefijn, research and development specialist, as well as several other experienced speakers including Lyn Pitt, of DT&G Ltd, Adrian Ling, managing director of Plamil, as well as Paradise Fruits ingredients business.
For her part, Karine Dussimon is the Head of Health and Wellness within Food and Nutrition at Euromonitor International. Based in London, she has over ten years of experience in this industry – including Head of Snacks.
Furthermore, she is responsible for the content and quality of Euromonitor’s global health and wellness data and analysis and is a regular speaker at international conferences and trade shows including ANUGA and SIAL Paris.
Karine advises clients across the food and nutrition industry spectrum and provides expertise on key trends including the functionalisation of diets, clean eating, but also ingredient diversification and sustainable eating. Her areas of expertise include Functional Nutrition, Clean Label, as well as Ingredient Diversification.
