DT&G Ltd teams up with Intralox for key conference presentation

Momentum continues to grow for our World Confectionery Conference, with Lyn Pitt, managing director of DT&G Ltd chocolate equipment manufacturers, set to return among ours speakers, reports Neill Barston.

The experienced Liverpool-based industry professional will be appearing alongside Adam Gilbert, food sector specialist at partner business Intralox, specialists in conveyor belt systems.

This year’s event, which takes place on 10 September at the View in London, will feature a dynamic range of speakers which includes keynotes from Ferrero, Cargill, Euromonitor insights group, and Caobisco European confectionery trade association.

For her part, Lyn Pitt, whose business has thrived in North West England for many decades, enthused that she has greatly enjoyed being part of our event previously, having been part of our line-up for the 2024 Brussels event, with this year’s edition enabling her to take a fresh perspective.

Her presenting partner, Adam Gilbert has gained plenty of experience assisting customers within food manufacturing food manufacturers improve production efficiency, hygiene, and product handling through innovative conveying solutions.

Being a chocolate and confectionery champion for the region, he has worked with a broad range of clients in handling high-value products, as well as collaborating with engineering and R&D teams to translate best practice into practical and scaleable solutions.

Commenting on her return to the event, Lyn Pitt enthused: “Over the years the Conference has grown in importance and value, with international companies supporting and sharing values.
