The View, London: Pic: The View

Located just a short walk from Holborn station, The View is one of London’s latest and most versatile events spaces. It was fully modernised for events in 2021, with a focus on innovation and sustainability, which have been cornerstone topic areas for our World Confectionery Conference.

Famed for its world-leading research and scientific endeavours, the venue is headquarters to The Royal College of Surgeons of England and The Faculty of Dental Surgery, and boasts a large terrace overlooking London’s largest public square, Lincoln’s Inn Fields.

As a global centre for the sugar trade, London has enjoyed a rich history and association with the confectionery and snacks trade, with brands such as Prestat, Charbonnel et Walker, as well as Bonds of London, amid newer businesses on the scene, such as Monty Bojangles, and our award-winning emerging enterprise, Wild Thingz, calling the capital their home. Having such a strong industry heritage in the city makes for an ideal location for the next iteration of our World Confectionery Conference.
