Exhibitors & Speakers

The conference is structured as full day event. Registration takes place during the morning of the event, along with the seminar Tabletop Exhibition and networking with complimentary refreshments. This is followed by the closing reception drinks and industry awards.

Keynote speeches and technical presentations timetable will run throughout the day alongside the exhibition, which will also be open for the duration of the day. The Exhibition area offers suppliers the opportunity to display products and distribute technical information to visitors. There will be complimentary refreshments available during coffee and lunch breaks along with the closing reception, to create a social networking atmosphere.

Presentations are given in 20 minute slots. These are always very popular and can sell out quickly.

In the Exhibition area, tabletop exhibits offer the opportunity for companies to display their products and distribute technical information to delegates. Complimentary refreshments are offered, creating a relaxed yet professional networking environment.

Confectionery Production core readership and subscribers across equipment, machinery, ingredients, packaging and all relative areas will be attending the show.

Booking conditions

On receipt of booking confirmation document, the agreement between the participant & WorldWide Expo Ltd (World Confectionery Conference) is legally binding. Any Early Bird booking rates will only be applied when the registration is received within the offer period. Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the conference to ensure entry. If you are not able to attend, a substitute delegate will be accepted upon confirmation of replacement by the original booking name. By attending the event you acknowledge and agree to grant the organisers the right at the event to record, film and photograph or capture your likeness in any media available and hereafter developed to distribute and market future events without any further approval. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure correct travel, visa and permission of entry documents and policies are completed, we do not accept any responsibility for any preparation, cost or consequential losses incurred in the event this is not completed or completed correctly. Cancellation requests must be received in writing prior to 22nd January 2021 to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations received after 22nd January do not qualify for a refund. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, timing, and venue. In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled, curtailed or relocated, we do not accept any responsibility for any travel and/or accommodation cost or consequential losses incurred. We therefore recommend appropriate insurance cover is arranged.
